UK Delivery costs

We use Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service for most orders. This means that your order is fully trackable and you will receive a tracking link as soon as it leaves us here.

UK delivery times

Please allow 3- 5 business days for delivery of stock items from receipt of receipt of your order and note that orders placed after midday on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

International delivery

We can deliver your parcel anywhere in the world. Within the EU please allow 5-7 business days and 10-14 business days for most other places.

As you’d expect, the taxes and customs admin fees of the delivery country will apply to your order, payable locally before your order can be delivered to you. You as the importer will be liable for any taxes/duties charged.

Due to the very high costs involved in international delivery returns we are unable to refund or cancel orders no longer wanted due to local taxes and customs fees, so please be aware and accepting of these costs before ordering.

We send our international orders using either Royal Mail’s International Tracked service or international courier DHL.

Returns

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send us a quick email to hello@themmaatt.com and  let us know that you’d like to do a return.
  • Any refund request must be notified to mmaatt with 15 days of purchase.
  • Within 15 days of when being asked to do so, return the item(s) to us in its/their original  packaging and in its/their “as purchased condition” to the address provided below (don’t forget to ask for proof of posting!)
  • Please include a note stating your name and order number
  • Returns are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund the cost of shipping.
  • We will start to process your refund you as soon as the items have been checked in and will refund payment. Usually this will be within within a few days of them arriving with us but at busy periods this can take a little longer.
  • If you product is faulty or damaged when received, please advise us by email at hello@themmaatt.com within 7 days of receipt of the item and provide us details of the fault /damage. If possible please take photographic evidence of the fault or damage and send to us by email. We ask that you keep all paperwork relating to your delivery to allow us to investigate with the courier company responsible for your delivery. Please do not send back faulty or damaged items unless requested to so. We can usually resend or refund without seeing them in person.
  • Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the UK.
  • mmaatt will not accept returns for any items that have been used unless the product is faulty.
  • Any fines incurred for refusal to accept a delivery will not be refunded.
  • Please note any return which does not have the correct postage applied or where there is a chargeback from the courier will not be accepted by mmaatt.
  • We will not accept returns that are older than 30 days.
